Use Carrier Caddie lawfully, protect postal and customer information, stay alert while traveling, and verify workplace information with official sources. Your private records remain yours; community posts may be visible to others.
Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Carrier Caddie, an independent platform operated by IslandFlow Digital (“Carrier Caddie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use the platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Carrier Caddie. Additional feature-specific notices shown in the platform are part of these Terms.
Accounts and account security
Carrier Caddie uses Sign in with ChatGPT to authenticate accounts. You are responsible for maintaining control of your ChatGPT account, the devices you use, and activity occurring through your Carrier Caddie account. Do not share access or impersonate another person.
Provide accurate profile and billing information and promptly update material changes. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is compromised, fraudulent, or being used in violation of these Terms.
Station invitation codes begin an enrollment request but do not by themselves authorize station access. Station administrators are responsible for verifying members, assigning accurate roles, promptly revoking former or unauthorized members, and issuing route access only for legitimate operational assignments.
Acceptable and prohibited use
You may use Carrier Caddie for lawful personal planning, route learning, workload documentation, safety records, carrier education, community participation, and related purposes.
- Do not upload or publish customer names, exact customer addresses, mail images, tracking numbers, employee IDs, access codes, internal credentials, medical information, or other sensitive information unless you have a lawful and necessary reason and the feature is explicitly private.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, defame, mislead, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or another account.
- Do not use Carrier Caddie while driving or in any way that distracts you from traffic, pedestrians, animals, property hazards, workplace instructions, or personal safety.
- Do not represent Carrier Caddie output as an official USPS, union, legal, medical, payroll, or safety determination.
Your content and community activity
You retain ownership of original notes, route records, posts, images, and other content you create. You grant Carrier Caddie a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the features you choose.
Community posts and comments may be visible to other users. You are responsible for having the rights to content you share. We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts to protect users, privacy, safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity. We are not required to pre-screen every post.
Carrier Connect profiles, following, and messaging
Carrier Connect lets carriers publish a limited social profile and QR link so customers can follow, post questions, and exchange messages without receiving the carrier’s personal phone number. A public carrier profile does not identify an official USPS contact channel, guarantee a response, create a service commitment, or provide access to the carrier’s station tools, schedule, route notes, records, private carrier communities, or other operational features.
Customers must use Carrier Connect respectfully and for non-urgent communication. Do not use it for emergencies, same-day service changes, tracking numbers, access codes, delivery disputes requiring official handling, harassment, repeated unwanted contact, or requests that would require a carrier to violate policy or disclose protected information. Carriers may pause new messages, mute or block accounts, report content, and choose not to respond—especially while driving, delivering, off duty, on leave, or outside work hours.
Water Drops are free, non-monetary appreciation reactions. They are not tips, gifts, payments, service requests, endorsements, or promises of preferential treatment. A carrier may pause Water Drops, and Carrier Caddie may limit repeated reactions to protect members from spam or boundary violations.
Customer accounts are limited to the social experience. Attempting to bypass role restrictions or reach carrier-only pages, station data, or private route information is prohibited.
Location and route tools
Route recording, current-location pins, stop detection, address assistance, weather, and mapping depend on browser permissions, device sensors, network conditions, and third-party map or location data. Results may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
You decide when to grant location access and when to start a route recording feature. Never rely on the platform as an emergency service or as your only navigation source. Confirm addresses and delivery points through lawful, authorized procedures.
Supervisor drive-along recordings are separate station-operational sessions created from the supervisor’s account and device. A management role does not authorize silent activation of a carrier’s personal tracker or access to private carrier route history.
Station Command and Route Access Passes
Station Command separates station-operational data from carrier-private records. Management accounts may administer the station roster, official route catalog, coverage assignments, station-created drive-along references, and security logs according to their assigned role. They may not use the service to obtain private community activity, steward communications, personal evidence, hydration information, or personal location history.
Restricted route information may be opened only by an authenticated user with a valid Route Access Pass for the corresponding route and access period. Users must not copy, disclose, retain, or repurpose restricted information beyond the lawful delivery assignment. Management must immediately revoke access when an assignment changes or no longer requires the information.
The linked regular carrier may maintain an encrypted Route Notes packet for lawful and necessary operational facts such as active forwards, holds, route hazards, delivery accommodations, special instructions, authorized access details, and business schedules. Notes must be factual, limited to what the covering assignment needs, reviewed for expiration, and archived when no longer necessary. Every protected opening may be recorded in the station security trail.
Scanner credentials, USPS passwords, alarm credentials, employee PINs, customer financial information, diagnoses, private medical information, unnecessary personal details, and information the user is not authorized to possess are prohibited in the Secure Route Vault and Route Notes.
Independent carrier guidance
Carrier Caddie is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Postal Service, NALC, any labor organization, or any government agency. References to postal forms, handbooks, manuals, agreements, or practices are provided for general education and planning.
The 3996 generator, Shop Steward Agent, calculators, calendars, form guides, and safety tools do not create official forms, submit requests, establish contractual rights, provide legal advice, or replace current USPS instructions, local procedures, collective-bargaining resources, medical guidance, or advice from a qualified steward or attorney.
Free access, trials, payments, and refunds
Eligible new accounts may receive a 30-day trial without a card. Unless you purchase paid access, the account moves to the available free tier after the trial. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person or account.
Annual plans renew at the disclosed interval until canceled before renewal. “Lifetime” access means access to the Carrier Caddie core platform for as long as Carrier Caddie continues operating that offering; it does not guarantee perpetual operation or include every future high-cost third-party, AI, mapping, commerce, or specialty service.
Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and refund eligibility are shown at purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once the applicable access period begins. Canceling stops future renewal and does not normally prorate the current period.
A Station Command license may provide Pro access to approved members while the station plan remains active. Station-paid access ends when the membership is revoked, the user leaves that workspace, or the station license expires. The carrier may retain any separate personal plan, subject to its own terms.
Platform ownership, availability, and termination
Carrier Caddie and its software, design, brand, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. USPS, NALC, ChatGPT, Stripe, mapping providers, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
We may add, change, limit, pause, or discontinue features; correct errors; impose reasonable usage limits; or update pricing with appropriate notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers, liability, and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carrier Caddie is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carrier Caddie and IslandFlow Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost pay, profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill; workplace discipline; missed deliveries; route errors; personal injury arising from distracted or unsafe use; or third-party acts. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Carrier Caddie during the 12 months before the event or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only as far as permitted.
You agree to indemnify Carrier Caddie and IslandFlow Digital from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve it informally by email. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in the U.S. Virgin Islands will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Carrier Caddie evolves. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
